Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem!

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it’s shipped — whichever comes first.

Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, so be sure to reach out to us early if needed.
Returns
We accept returns only if:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

Please raise your return request within 3 days of delivery.

We may ask for a few quick photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

It usually takes 7–12 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or wallet.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
