Cancelation, Returns & Refunds

At VendlyKart, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, simple, and stress-free. While we hope you’ll love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds:


Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem!

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it’s shipped — whichever comes first.

  • Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, so be sure to reach out to us early if needed.


Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

  • Please raise your return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for a few quick photos or videos to help us verify the issue.

❗ We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It usually takes 7–12 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or wallet.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
